Master Dan teaches Jiu-Jitsu grappling techniques that will develop your ground game for self-defense situations. This information has been made popular by almost every UFC Fighter and is as practical as you can get for any confrontation that goes to the ground.  We practice with Gi and in street clothes to reveal different perspectives.

It is ironic that while karate is a physical activity by its very nature, The greatest benefits I have gained from being involved in the martial arts are intangible.  One of the abstract benefits is that of having ongoing challenges, there is very little sense of satisfaction when they are met.
